Access Methods:
Method 1: Direct Link
- URL: https://your-domain.com:2083
- Or: https://server-ip:2083
- Replace "your-domain.com" with your actual domain
Method 2: From Client Area
- Login to your RapidHostBD client area
- Go to "My Services"
- Click "Manage" next to your hosting package
- Click "Login to cPanel"
Login Credentials:
- Username: Provided in welcome email
- Password: Provided in welcome email (change after first login)
First Login Security:
- Change your cPanel password immediately
- Set up Two-Factor Authentication (recommended)
- Review security settings
Troubleshooting:
- Clear browser cache if login fails
- Ensure cookies are enabled
- Try different browser if issues persist
